DeVille Apartments & Builders Inc, Stark County’s leader in apartment ownership and management is seeking a qualified Maintenance Technician. The ideal candidate for the Maintenance Tech position will possess 2-3 years of related work experience, including rough and finish carpentry, roofing repairs, siding repairs, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance work in and around apartment units, buildings and grounds.
