NOTICE OF POSITION OPENING 

POSITION TITLE:

PROBATION DEPARTMENT GRANTS FISCAL MANAGER 

The Court of Common Pleas, General Division, is seeking an individual to serve as a Grants Fiscal Manager for the Probation Department.  Under the direct supervision of the Probation Department Office Manager/Deputy Director and the indirect supervision of the Probation Department Director, this position is responsible for the daily monitoring of grant expenditures, grant required fiscal reports and requisitions for products or services necessary to the Probation Department. Other duties include: assisting with the preparation of budget reports, prepare annual inventory, and confer with vendors to obtain prices, availability and delivery schedule.

Qualifications: Must possess an Associate degree in fiscal management or an equivalent from a two (2) year college or technical school; or three (3) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Two (2) years experience in grant management and purchasing preferred.
