This person will:
Have a positive and upbeat spirit
will respond to a vast array of questions by our members so having a good understanding of the company and its guidelines is a requirement
Have a desire to be kind and considerate to all members and physicians
You must have a good “phone personality” and be able to articulate with consistent respect, kindness and compassion.
Have some medical experience in their background
Have a professional demeanor
Have experience working in a physician’s office or working with physicians over the phone is preferred
Previous medical or healthcare experience required

Hours: 11:00 am-7:30 pm Monday – Friday, No Holidays, No Weekends

Dress code: Business casual. Must have natural hair color, no blue, purple, etc. Must be professional is appearance.

Days: M-F
Shift time for this are 11-7:30

Pay $11. 00 per hour to start and additional bonus in a few months
