Schedule:

• Thursday - 11pm to 8:45am
• Friday - 11pm to 8am
• Saturday - 11pm to 10am

Other Shifts Available:

• Saturday 3pm to 11pm
• Sunday 3pm to 11pm

Our work environment includes:

We are looking for a Direct Support Professional to join our team and provide assistance to individuals with disabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct care and support to individuals, assisting with daily activities, monitoring health and safety, and helping to create an environment that promotes independence and self-advocacy. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to individuals with disabilities in a respectful and dignified manner.
• Assist individuals with daily living activities such as dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Encourage individuals to participate in activities and to make decisions about their lives.
• Teach basic life skills such as communication, problem solving, and self-advocacy.
• Provide assistance with personal care needs.
• Observe, document, and report changes in behavior or health status of individuals.
• Transport individuals to appointments or activities as needed.
