Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Associate to manage all front desk responsibilities. This includes greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and handling inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a warm demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with ease.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist all guests with a positive and professional attitude
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing correspondence
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars
• Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and reservations as needed
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office equipment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly, professional, and organized
